Water Filtration Manufacturing in Vietnam

Kaizen Hi-Tech Viet Nam Company Limited manufactures water filtration products and components at Lot CN05, Expanded Dong Van 1 Industrial Park, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam. We are a factory, not a trading company: the parts that go into our products are made in our own workshops.

We produce under our own brands and as an OEM/ODM partner for buyers building their own water brand.

What we make in-house

Plastic injection (KPlas) — filter housings in 10" and 20", standard and Big Blue, clear or opaque; technical plastic parts; quick-connect fittings. Filter cartridges — PP sediment, CTO and UDF carbon, inline T33. RO water purifiers (KPure, SongHong) — finished reverse-osmosis drinking systems and Big Blue whole-house filtration units. Pressure tanks (TankVINA, KTank) — plastic RO storage tanks, shipped pre-charged with a ball valve. Booster pumps (SPump, Innotek, GFP Pump) — 24 VDC diaphragm pumps, self-priming to three metres.

Housings, cartridges, tanks, pumps and fittings on one site means a complete purifier is built without outsourcing the critical parts — which is the usual reason a delivery date slips.
